Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help — please review our policy below.

Standard Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

    • It must be in its original packaging

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

  • We recommend that you use a tracked shipping service when sending items back to us. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Machines & Electrical Items

  • Machines must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return within the 14-day window.

  • If you believe a machine is faulty:

    • It will be sent to the manufacturer for inspection and fault confirmation.

    • If the manufacturer confirms a fault:

      • You will be offered a replacement machine, or

      • If you prefer, you can choose to receive store credit instead.

    • Return shipping costs for faulty machines are the responsibility of the customer. If the fault is confirmed, you may be reimbursed at our discretion.

  • After 14 days, any faults or warranty claims must be handled directly with the manufacturer. We are unable to process returns or replacements after this period.
