This tracing impression pen tool has 2 sides. This tool is use to create your stencil without a outline or with a outline.
You can place your design or blank paper on top of your carbon paper and then use the tool and press on the top of the paper. This will then transfer the carbon onto that paper which then you can use as your stencil.
